The Collective Lab (also known as the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Hub) is a unit in the Student Services department with the mission of developing an innovative entrepreneurial spirit among Nile University’s students. The Collective Lab provides a dedicated space for students to meet, learn, connect, create, share, and inspire, as well as the requisite guidance and support to start their own businesses.
CIATECH Africa
CIA Tech – Center for Innovation and Advanced Technology is a tech-driven social enterprise dedicated to advancing innovation across industries. The hub provides a collaborative space for research, development, and knowledge exchange, bringing together researchers, startups, local communities, and industry leaders. With a strong focus on climate innovation, CIA Tech supports startups through targeted research, tailored incubation programs, and strategic partnerships. It also conducts needs assessments to identify the financial and operational gaps faced by tech-enabled and creative sector SMEs and startups, helping them scale sustainably.
CETESA- Centro de Estudios para la Transformación Económica y Social de África
CETESA operate as a Pan-African incubation center founded in Senegal with a regional representation in the Equatorial Guinea, is dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs. It operates across key sectors such as technology, health, education, food production, and trade. Its mission is to equip young project leaders with appropriate technical tools, provide high-quality training in business management, and offer structured support throughout the incubation and development phases of their entrepreneurial ventures. CETESA also delivers personalized guidance and advisory services to strengthen the sustainability and growth of SMEs.
M.D.E “MAISON DE L’ENTREPRENEUR”
La Maison Des Entrepreneurs aims to be a business incubator. It works primarily with young entrepreneurs, both rural and urban, supporting them from the ideation stage through to the development of their businesses. This is achieved through training, coaching, advocacy, support, and assistance in securing funding with the ultimate goal of enabling young people in Burundi to create their own jobs and generate employment for others.
YANDA -Centre Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship
Yanda Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship empowers entrepreneurs through inclusive support, skill development, and business growth services. It offers tailored training in science, technology, and engineering for blind and deaf youth, and connects them with SMEs for meaningful employment. The centre also supports innovation through ideation, business strategy, design thinking, funding access, IP registration, and prototyping.

The Great North Business Incubator (GNBI) is a multi-sector incubator dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to transform local challenges into sustainable businesses. GNBI offers expert mentorship, training, and scalable support across sectors such as youth development, education, health, mining, environment, tourism, and enterprise. Its mission is to build resilient ventures that drive inclusive economic growth across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Anzisha
Anzisha is a incubator dedicated to driving economic transformation across Africa by fostering youth-led enterprises. The organization supports young entrepreneurs through targeted funding, bespoke business development training, structured leadership growth opportunities, and access to a supportive network of peers and experienced mentors.
