 UWC Future-Innovation Lab

UWC Future-Innovation Lab is an innovation lab for e-inclusion and Social Innovation at the University of the Western Cape. Their objective is to contribute to the competitiveness of South Africa within the Digital Economy and engage in evidence-based research for ICT policy development. Ultimately, they aim to influence the design of more citizen-centered approaches to address the digital agenda. CoLab fulfills its mission through projects and interventions, research, digital skills development, thought leadership, and multi-stakeholder collaborations focused on e-inclusion and social innovation.

Silulo Foundation

Silulo is an extension incubator of Silulo Ulutho Technologies, with the core principle of bridging the digital divide to ensure that disadvantaged communities and individuals are not left behind in the process of digital transformation. The foundation further empowers these communities through programs, initiatives, and events that facilitate entrepreneurship, empowerment, and giving back.

Tshimologong Precinct

Tshimologong Precinct is a digital innovation ecosystem in Braamfontein that propels entrepreneurship and grows the skills pipeline for the digital economy through collaboration with academia, corporates, government and entrepreneurs. They provide an exemplar for similar University-based incubators across Africa. Tshimologong incubates start-ups, commercializes research and develops high-level digital skills for unemployed youths and working professionals.

RedHub

REDhub seeks to provide impactful entrepreneurial and enterprise development by nurturing ideas and concepts to stimulate growth from a grassroots level. They focus on igniting the entrepreneurial thought process and passion in individuals, mitigating against poor business strategy, and retraining (upskilling and reskilling) working adults.

Nunnovation Africa Foundation- NAF

Nunnovation Africa Foundation (NAF) is a non-profit organization that aims to drive the development agenda of transforming lives through innovative solutions across civil society. Innovation Co-Lab Durban

Innovate Durban is a non-profit company set up as a special purpose vehicle to support innovators, innovation and the innovation ecosystem through programmes, research and capacity building & skills development (as well as customised programmes e.g.design thinking workshops and sprints).

The Garden Route Innovation and Technology Hub (GRIT Hub) has a simple mission: To identify untapped potential and refocus it using the power of digital technology. GRIT Hub provides workforce training, apprenticeships,tools, and mentorship opportunities to youth, small businesses, and stakeholders to actively engage in the innovation economy.
